Which specifications need to match?

For optics, compare diameter, thickness, coating, wavelength rating and focal length where applicable. For nozzles and wire tips, compare the mounting interface, geometry, wire diameter and rated process. A cartridge and a loose lens are different replacement formats.

Does a machine listing guarantee fit?

No. A listing identifies a model association and its stated configuration requirements. It does not certify every head revision or a third-party replacement. Check your original part and machine manual before ordering.
