Find the part. Confirm the fit.
Use this guide to identify protective windows, focus lenses, collimators, nozzles and wire-guide tips for your laser welder. Start with your exact machine, then match the installed head and original part specification.
Three checks before you choose
- Machine: record the brand, full model and suffix, plus the serial number when revisions differ.
- Welding head: read the label on the installed gun and identify its connection and cooling configuration.
- Original part: match the part number, dimensions and required optical or nozzle specification.
Listed by machine does not mean a confirmed fit. Every candidate still requires the configuration checks on its product page. A shared wattage, similar photograph or matching diameter is insufficient.

Everlast RedSabre 1300
Identify the head: The current RedSabre 1300 listing specifies SUP33T. Confirm the installed gun label and revision.
Protective windows: D18T2 protective windows: 18 mm diameter, 2 mm thickness. Everlast reference EV-D18T2-5 is a five-pack. Confirm the original holder and optical specification.
Focus lenses and collimators: The machine listing names D20 F150 focus and D20 F50 collimation. The SUP33T F50 kit instead lists a D16T5 F50 collimator. Ask Everlast to resolve the diameter for your serial number.
Nozzles and wire guides: Everlast lists single-wire guide tips for SUP21T, SUP23T and SUP33T guns. Match wire diameter. M16 nozzle selection also requires the original shape, height and feed setup.
Fitment note: The published collimator dimensions conflict. Do not order a collimator or full optics kit for a 1300 until its original diameter and part number are confirmed.

Common fitment and ordering questions
What information identifies the right laser welding consumable?
Start with the exact machine model, including any X or XR suffix, the installed welding-head label or connection version, and the original part number. For optics, also match the diameter, thickness, focal length, coating, rated wavelength and holder; for tips, match the thread, shape and wire size.
Does a product in my machine collection automatically fit my welder?
No. Machine collections contain conditional candidates; each product page lists the head, connection and original-part checks required before ordering.
Is a protective lens the same as a focus lens?
A protective window shields the optics, while a focus lens controls where the beam focuses. They are separate parts, so a request for a lens needs the original part number or identification of which optic is being replaced.
Can I substitute an F800 cleaning lens for an F150 welding lens?
These are different focal-length and operating configurations. Match the original optic and complete assembly specified for the installed head and intended mode; do not substitute them based on diameter alone.
Are SUP21T, SUP23T and SUP33T consumables interchangeable?
Some listings cover more than one head, but cartridges, mirrors, holders and collimators can differ. Use the exact head label and the requirements on the individual product page.
Which nozzle set does an xTool MetalFab use?
Identify whether the actual welding gun has a push-to-connect or threaded connection. The catalog distinguishes P0102000104 push-to-connect and P0102000321 threaded sets; the 800W or 1200W model name alone does not establish the connection.
Can I use a LightWELD 1500 W nozzle on a 2000 XR?
Do not infer a 2000 W rating from a similar nozzle or handpiece. Our LightWELD 2000 XR collection currently contains window and focus-lens references only; a suitable nozzle needs model-specific rating confirmation.
Why is the RedSabre 1300 F50 collimator not recommended?
The reviewed machine and optics-kit specifications conflict on the collimator diameter. The F50 collimator and full F50 optics kit remain excluded for this model until the original diameter and part number are confirmed for the serial number.
Can I order a listed consumable now?
Products are offered as special orders. Stock availability and dispatch date will be confirmed after ordering; if the part cannot be supplied, the order will be refunded.
How do I complete a machine-specific order?
Open the product page from your machine collection, review its fitment requirements, and complete the machine, head and acknowledgment fields before adding it to your cart. The product page provides the current price and pack contents.
What if my machine is not listed or the part cannot be identified?
Do not choose a replacement by wattage or appearance alone. Identify the installed head and obtain the original part number or serial-specific parts list before selecting a candidate.
Does a matching OEM reference certify an aftermarket replacement?
No. An OEM reference helps identify the original part, while any aftermarket candidate still requires a complete specification and assembly match.
